This is a story for you guys, it is only a story. Did you hear about a forest in this land? It is called the Great Glory Forest. You know it? Great, today I will tell you a story happened in that forest. Yes, a story. What is that? No doubt, just listen to me, then you will know if I can tell a story or not. Shall we start now?

 

Long time ago,there was a forest which is called the Great Glory Forest. The forest had an area which was limited to the residents living the forest. Only the best ones would be able to enter into the forbidden area. 

 

The area was called the Circle.

 

That was where the story happened. But for us to understand…yes, for me to say that easily, let’s just set the time back to the point just when the story started.

 

It is a nice day with sun shine. A cat, yes, a cat named Xiu Zhuangbility Ye who woke up before the sunrise, is wandering in the forest. He looks forward to the deepest in the woods, there is a band with words ‘the Circle’ on it. 

 

‘Hmm, I’m back.’He has a moment to think of the past time, and then smiles to himself, walking straight into the part which is forbidden to normal residents.

 

Xiu is one of the best. He knows that, and everyone knows that. The Great Glory Forest even has a legend of him, they call him the BOB, the Best of the Best. 

 

‘He is the BOB?’ A parrot asks in whisper.

 

‘Why does he come back?’ Some squirrels discuss in a small hollow.

 

Xiu is enjoying the staring and whispers, which indicate the importance of himself. But there is an exception. A grey rabbit with tiger strings doesn’t pay any attention to the Great Xiu Zhuangbility Ye. He is eating something, which looks like a part of a carrot.

 

‘Hey!’ Xiu decides to make a greeting with him to see why he is so calm. Xiu knows the rabbit, his name is Rui Mysterity Fang, one of the thief, and the best one.

 

This is an incredible rabbit which is full of mystery.

 

The rabbit looks around, and found Xiu standing behind him. ‘Oh, Qiu…Xiu, how are you doing these days?’ the rabbit asks in an easy way, which makes Xiu feel a bit uncomfortable.

 

‘Good, and I am coming back, you know?’ Xiu says that in a proud manner.

 

The rabbit nods his head, eating.

 

‘So what?’ He asks, ‘I know that you will come back and with your own purpose. So what?’

 

Xiu is surprised by the rabbit, and becomes a bit interesting in the rabbit. He asks, ‘You are not a member of your group now, I am thinking what if you join me?’ 

 

‘Wow. Do I join you?’ The rabbit stares at Xiu, a cat with black coat, with a smile on his face,‘You tell me.’

 

Xiu looks so carefully just into the eyes of Rui. There is only sincerity and reflection of Xiu himself inside them.

 

‘Errrrr…I don’t know. Will you?’ Xiu is kind of confused. He is not good at dealing with the thief, because they are changeable in most of time.

 

Rui finishes his carrot, and stretches himself a little bit. He smiles at Xiu, ‘Ask me, if you want me.’

 

The rabbit Rui Fang is not only a thief, he is the best one, and no one knows that how Rui became the best thief in the Circle. Rui never talks about his past, not even to his best friend Jingyan Lin, a hedgenhog in the thief’s group. 

 

‘Well, I want you.Will you join me?’ Xiu says that with a bit hesitation. He doesn’t understand what the meaning of that. 

 

‘I am not a fan of questions, Xiu.’ Rui answers. He shakes his furry ears a bit.

 

‘Okay, then…I would like to have you, on my side.’ The cat makes a bow.

 

Rui leans on the tree, smiling with the cape up eyebrow and lip, ‘I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. Thank you, the Great Xiu, why not invite me to your place for a cup of coffee?’ He looks so delightful that his soft long ears are erect on the head, with a bit of shaking.

 

The residents in the circle know the relationship between Xiu Zhuangbility Ye and Rui Mysterity Fang, but what they know is that this has a very special and unusual friendship which started many years ago.

 

But for you, my dearest audience, just for you, there is one more thing that you need to know.  Rui is a thief, who stealing heart from others. And Xiu, is the one Rui fell in love with. Let’s continue with thestory, here we start with that Rui asked Xiu for a cup of coffee.

 

When Xiu leads Rui into his house, the rabbit taps the shoulder of the cat. It is a slight tap,like a feather fell down to the ground.

 

The darkness flows into the room, silently, just like the tide.

 

‘Here we go, mydear Xiu.’ The voice of Rui arrives to Xiu through the terrifying darkness, sounds like an angle to Xiu.

 

‘Whaaaat? Rui?What is going on?’ Xiu asks in a pretty loud voice, but no one answers.

 

The cat feels fearand anger, because he thought Rui is a real friend just one moment ago. Hestarts to scratch wildly in the dark, trying to grab something.

 

The rabbit looks at him, in dark, yes, he can see the cat struggling with anger in the dark. Rui is the best one of thief, remember? So he steps towards the cat, holds Xiu in his arms with great care. Rui even whistle a song to the cat, which hums his worries away. 

 

Xiu becomes quiet. He is falling asleep.

 

Then the rabbit puts him on the floor. He kisses the forehead of the cat, then uses a hidden knife to open the chest of the cat.

 

There is nothing inside.

 

This view doesn’t astonish Rui, he stares at the empty chest, with a drop of tear in his eyes. Yes, just like what you thought, the rabbit knows that.

 

Xiu Zhuangbility Ye was already dead in the first Forest War. Rui is in the same group with Xiu, but he didn’t save Xiu’s life…you don’t know the first Forest War? Okay, I will tell you something about that next time. Today we focus on this one, alright? 

 

The rabbit wants his lover to be alive, that’s not an exorbitant demand. But no matter how many times he tried to put a new heart into Xiu’s chest, they would melt into blood in the end. When the heart melt, Xiu will forget everything, include the love with Rui.

 

May I ask you to imagine that the one you love into the deepest soul forget all of you? He will treat you as a friend, a normal one. It is lucky that he still remember your name,but it is just kind of background information, you know? You are nothing to him, will that be hurt?

 

The answer is yes. It is really hurt, enough to break a heart. 

 

Now back to the story, Rui has been through this kind of feelings so many times and this time,the rabbit decides to make some differences. 

 

He uses a different heart to replace the place of Xiu’s heart.

 

Guess what? This time, it works.

 

Um, I could not tell you what is that…otherwise, the word would be undone. You understand that,right? I goanna leave, my partner is waiting for me, you see that Mr. Cat under the tree? Next time I will tell you something about the first Forest War, which is really a tragic war.

 

What? No, of course no! Those are absolutely not FURRY EARS!
